The year is 2015 - retail and hospitality customers are experiencing poor service and little innovation from their background music providers. Some even still use CDs for updates (remember those?). Enter: Startle.
The Startle team set out to create the best background music product on the market - an easy-to-use, cutting-edge platform, ready to support large enterprise clients with complex requirements. And the music? It should be much more than background, or even just ‘on brand’. It should help build it.
We quickly started working with some incredible brands, including some of our longest standing customers like Greene King, and we began expanding internationally in 2016.
Since then, we’ve never stopped evolving. We’ve launched innovative music products like Ultimate DJ, Rock and Roll Bingo and branded radio stations, as well as game changing digital signage, sports promotion and atmosphere monitoring.
