Chase Sapphire Lounges came to us with a goal in mind - amplifying their brand experiences.
Each lounge features thoughtfully crafted spaces and amenities designed to reflect the character and energy of its host city. They were looking for premium music profiles to enhance experiences for their customers, match their brand and perfect the energy in their exclusive spaces.

After initial meetings, our music team got to work.
During the profiling process, it became clear that the lounges needed two distinct music strategies: one for the main areas, and another for the wellness spaces. The wellness areas offer guests an escape from the airport hustle and bustle, so the music here needed to contrast with the Indie-Pop-infused playlists of the main areas. We opted for soothing, electronic ambient music in these zones, creating a calm atmosphere that complements the relaxing environment of these spaces.

The music in the Chase Sapphire lounges is far from the classic lounge sounds you might expect. Instead, it’s fresh, modern, and energising. During busier times, you'll hear polished Disco and Pop tracks with an Indie edge, whilst quieter moments feature well-rounded contemporary Soul and Indie tracks. The general upbeat feel of the music gives the lounges a unique sound that’s instantly recognisable when you walk in.
