Background music for hotels.
Music for checking in, for chilling out and checking out the bar, for work trips and workouts, and soothing spells in the spa.
What’s a great hotel experience?
Something customers tell their friends about. Like a soothing soundtrack welcoming them into the lobby, carefully curated design elements that complement each other, and above-and-beyond service that makes them leave with a smile. It elevates a brand to distinction, with the atmosphere of all its locations harmonising in unison. Ultimately it improves your bottom line.
Creating a standout hotel experience isn’t so easy.
But that’s where we can help. Music isn’t all we know, but it’s in our soul, and when blended with tech and our knowledge of behavioural science we create branded hotel experiences that sync perfectly in tune with your business objectives.
With our music for hotels, we’re lucky to work with some of the biggest and best brands in the world, from high-street chains to high-end hideouts to eclectic independents. Behavioural Science in action, in the hotel.
The Peak-End rule is a psychological heuristic in which an experience is evaluated and remembered based on the peak (most intense) point of the experience and/or the ending of the experience. Hotel stays are remembered for their most stand out and final moments, be they positive or negative. A rude and inattentive receptionist at checkout can taint a two-week holiday, yet a waiter in the hotel restaurant bringing out a dessert with your name written in chocolate calligraphy can make the night memorable.
