Dan is an absolute music whizz. A graduate of the Berklee College of Music, he has experience in an array of performance, production, education and tech support job roles throughout his career. As our Support Lead, Dan is a huge part of our Relentless Support™, working extremely hard to ensure our customers are as happy as possible (and it works, the stats don’t lie). When he’s not on the phone to customers or wowing his colleagues with his impressive knowledge of pretty much everything, Dan loves to make music and video games, and he has a passion for Japanese gardens and home improvement.
