Richard is responsible for all things Startle stock, fulfilment and installations, as well as taking care of our lovely customers throughout their onboarding journey. When he's not working hard, he's self admittedly 'off-grid' - he loves to walk, forage, read and spend time with his family. He even watches the sunrise every day!
